Archive Company
Duplicate companies, companies no longer exist, and many such cases occur in day to day operations. eProcessify has simplified the process of deletion of companies for you.
From the dashboard click on the Organization name.
Click on the Companies tab.
You will now land on the page with a complete list of companies, type in the company name you wish to archive. Select the checkbox next to the company name you want to delete. A dialogue box will appear, asking for confirmation. Click, Ok, and the company will be deleted.
After archiving the company, the monthly/quarterly/yearly checklist will not be created from next month/quarter/year respectively.
